Celebrating Excellence with Road Safety Awards
Every year, Road Safety Education Limited and our major partners recognise the contribution of individuals, schools, facilitators, Police members and community groups with their Supporting Excellence in Road Safety Awards. This year, we took advantage of the bright yellow spotlight and shone it on some hard-working supporters. We thank the nominees and awardees for sharing their time, expertise, energy and enthusiasm with us in an effort to make our roads a safer place for all.
Australian Awardees
In Australia we celebrated the dedication of the following indviduals and organisations:
BOC RYDA Champion – Sandra Harrington (Rotary Club of Mooloolaba)
Toyota Community Award – The Barossa Valley Rotary RYDA Committee
Bridgestone School Award (tied) – Parade College (Vic) & Lake Munmorah High School (NSW)
Boral Police Award – Alison Stewart (Maitland Police)
RSE Facilitator Award – Shayne Ralph (Qld)
