Moodle Troubleshooting for Online Courses

If you are trying to log in for the first time:

• If your username or email address has been used before, the registration process will be rejected.

If you have already created an account:

• Make sure you are logging in at https://moodle.rse.org.nz" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">moodle.rse.org.nz.
• Do not try to log in through rse.org.nz.
• Check that you have entered the correct username (or use your email address instead) and password. Passwords are case-sensitive, so upper and lower case letters must be entered correctly.

There is a password reset function on your login page.

Continue with 'NEXT' below to request a password reset.

Your username was set when you first registered (and can't be changed), but you can also log in with your email address and password.

If you have forgotten both your username and password, continue to Moodle Support by selecting 'NEXT' below.

That's a strange one. If you have successfully logged in but cannot see your courses, continue below (NEXT) to notify the Moodle Administrator.

Have you used all of your available attempts? Most of our courses allow one submission and one resubmission.

If you think this is incorrect, please speak with your teacher about extending your submission attempts.

At Road Safety Education, we provide the courses and assessment marking, and your teachers can view your results.

Your school is responsible for reporting and adding credits to your NZQA Record of Achievement. Please speak with your teacher if you have any questions about your credits.
